General information:
The ignition controller 0729.3734 is purposed for operation in breakerless ignition systems of automobiles VAZ - 2108, VAZ - 2109, “Tavria” and others including the automobiles of foreign production equipped by analogous ignition systems with the Hall effect sensor.
The ignition controller operates together with the ignition coil 27.3705 and ignition allocator 40.3706, 53.3706 or others with analogous parameters.
The given item is designed as the ignition controller of high profitability. It is recommended for setting on automobiles of foreign production.
On the contact №7 is stipulated the presence of an output low-voltage control signal for systems of electrical equipment with an electronic tachometer or with other control devices.
The item 0729.3734 is the ignition controller of a new generation, designed with usage of the modern high-speed IGBT transistor that allows to guarantee reliability of the ignition system even at the most hard emergency modes. Due to quick action of the switching transistor, energy of a spark is higher than in the traditional ignition controllers* that allows to receive high technical parameters, saving of the engine and allows to facilitate the engine start even with the poor quality fuel.
A long uncorrect switching on of supply voltage is permited, thus not only non-failure operation of the ignition controller is guaranteed but also absence of a current through the coil. The operation with the disconnected battery or at its failure is not permited.
It has an elevated operating temperature range. Reliability and correspondence to specifications is guaranteed at the temperature of the ignition controller radiator up to 115 °С.
According to requirements to ignition systems, ignition controller ensures Hall sensor protection* against overvoltage by
stabilization of voltage fed to the sensor.
A modern microcontroller is used for the signal processing and output switch control.
The ignition controller is designed to operate over a single-wire scheme in which the negative output of the supply voltage is connected to the housing of the vehicle. An operating mode of the ignition controller is S1 in accordance with GOST 3940. The given item is a functional analog of the ignition controller BOSCH 0227100139.
The ignition controller is mounted on a stipulated for it place in the vehicle with the help of standard fastenings and a standard plug thus it is necessary to ensure reliable contact between the radiator of ignition controller and the vehicle housing.
The warranty period of exploitation is 3 years from the date of commissioning or from the date of sale in retail commercial network. The warranty obligations of the manufacturer are valid during 4 years from the date of the item production.
