For the purpose of further growth and increase of opportunities in sphere of customer service since September, 2006 a new company named VTN UkrTrade has started its activity. This organization has gained the functions for sale of products produced by VTN, Techauto, Autoelectronica and other manufacturers on the territory of Ukraine. The main aim of the VTN UkrTrade Company is to provide deliveries and free of charge warranty service in its own commercial network. VTN Company will hold the sale only to existing clients in Ukraine, and also to dealers and to large-wholesale customers (at the shipment's sum more than 20 thousands grivnas).

The serial production of the voltage regulators 5102.3771.060 was started. The given item is purposed for operation in licensed alternators 5102.3771 (51хх.3771) of "PRAMO" Concern production ("Eltra", Rzhev) for automobiles VAZ 2108i, 2109i, 2110i-2112, 2113, 2114, 2115, 2170 and others.

The development of TAS (Throttle Angle Sensor) production of electronic type was started. The resource of the given item will not be limited by the automobile run; the warranty period will be 4 years. At expense of its own new circuitry decision the planned price is comparable with the TAS price of mechanical type.

The compliance of VTN company quality management system with the requirements of DSTU ISO 9001-2001 was confirmed by the certificate registered in Certification System Register Ukrsepro from July 28th, 2006 № UA 2.011.02003-06.

The serial production of the voltage regulators 7931.3702-01. was started. The given item is purposed for operation in alternators 9402.3701-03 (automobiles VAZ-2110, VAZ-2111, VAZ-2112) and 9402.3701-04 (ВАЗ-2123 "Chevy Niva"). The voltage regulator 7931.3702-01 is the analog of the item 7931.3702I4.

VTN Company took part in the 14th Kiev international motor show SIA'2006 that took place in May 23-28th, 2006.

The usage of group polyethylene package (5 pieces each) was restarted for the voltage regulators JA112A1, JA112B1, JA112V1, JA120M1. Parallel production of these items in individual blister package is being carried out.

The usage of blister package was started for the control units IECU 5013.3761.

The labels design of the voltage regulators 9402.3702, 9432.3702, 9702.3702 was updated in the individual polyethylene package.

VTN Company received a certificate № 78 100 7715 issued by the certificating authority "TUV CERT" of tech-supervisory company "TUV NORD CERT GmbH & Co. KG" (Germany) certifying conformance of the company quality management system to the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 in engineering and manufacturing sectors of electronic items.

The serial production of the ignition controller-stabilizing unit 262.3734. was started. The given item is purposed for operation in ignition and lighting systems of motorcycles, mopeds and others vehicles with two-contact single-cylinder engine together with the alternator 43А.3701 and high voltage transformer 2102.3705 or analogous ones.

The serial production of the ignition controllers 131.3734-11. was started. The given item is purposed for operation in contactless ignition systems of vehicles GAZ, ZIL and others with moving-coil sensor without additional resistor together with the ignition coil of B116 type or any other with similar parameters. By functionality, method of mounting, connection with the automobile electrical circuit, the given item does not differ from ignition controllers of type: 131.3734, 90.3734, 94.3734. The distinctive feature of the ignition controller 131.3734-11 of VTN manufacturing is the availability of multispark start function that significantly facilitates engine start especially in winter time or with poor quality fuel. A modern microcontroller is used for the signal processing and output switch control.

A certification audit of quality management system was held by audit group of Kiev branch "TUV NORD Ukraine" Ltd and the recommendations to the certification authority "TUV CERT" to issue the certificate were given.

A quality management system was introduced in the company and it conforms requirements of International Standard ISO 9001:2000.

The blister package design was updated for the control units IECU 5003.3761. In addition to general technical data a bar code on the item substrate is marked, that allows to hold items sale in computer-aided trade networks and supermarkets.

VTN Company took part in the 13th Kiev international motor show SIA'2005 that took place in May 23-29th, 2005.

The serial production of the modernized IECU control units 5013.3761. was started. The item of 2005 modification year provides circuit protection of the economizer valve control from short-circuits on "mass" of the vehicle as well as the protection from resistance reduction of IECU valve circuit.

The updated version of VTN Company product catalog was released.

The audit of production processes was carried out by representative of "Skoda Auto a.s" Company that confirmed the status of company as a potential supplier of "Volkswagen AG" Concern.

In order to provide customers with the opportunity to buy items at lower price, in April, 2005 a licence agreement about transfer of technologies and rights to Techauto factory concerning production of the voltage regulators JA112A1, JA112B1, JA112V1, JA120M1 was signed.

The voltage regulators of Techauto factory are produced without usage of holographic labels in group polyethylene package (5 pieces each). The trade mark on the given items is made in the same way as the name. The release date for the products produced in April, 2005 is marked on the group label. The warranty period for voltage regulators JA112A1, JA112B1, JA112V1, JA120M1 of Techauto factory is 12 months from the date of commissioning or from the date of sale in retail commercial network but not more than 24 months from the release date.

Service support and also warranty obligations for the items of Techauto factory are provided by dealer's network of VTN Company. Any objection to products quality within all warranty period is to be satisfied by any official seller of VTN dealer's network, no matter where the item has been bought.

The blister package design was updated for the ignition controllers 0529.3734. In addition to general technical data a bar code on the item substrate is marked, that allows to hold items sale in computer-aided trade networks and supermarkets.

Beginning from February, 2005 on the side part of the voltage regulators, using method of contactless marking, an inscription:
«NNN DD.MM.YY ОТК7», where NNN - item's consignment code, DD.MM.YY - date of production is marked.

Beginning from January, 2005 all warranty obligations for all items of VTN Company are valid during 4 years from the date of production. Any objection to the original products quality within all warranty period is to be satisfied by any official seller of VTN dealer's network, no matter where the item has been bought.

The status of the official seller is confirmed by the certificate with an individual number and the seal of VTN Company. In case of refusal from objection satisfaction, please, send the number of the seller's official certificate via e-mail directly to the company address market@vtnauto.com or inform by any phone number defined on the item package. Measures to such seller, even leading to certificate withdrawal and discontinuation of products delivery will be used.

The rectangular hologram was changed for the round one on the voltage regulators JA112А1, JA112B1, JA112V1, JA120M1.

By the results of all-Ukrainian rating competition on award of the quality symbol to products and services by resolution of scientific-and-expert council of National image program «Leaders of ХХI century» for manufacturing of high quality competitive products, VTN Company was conferred the honorable award "the Supreme Test". The rewarding took place in October 20th, 2004 in Yalta international meeting "EuroMarket Forum - Ukraine 2004" organized by European center of EMRC market research (Brussels, Belgium).

The sale of voltage regulators JA112A, JA112B, JA112V, JA120M has been stopped in the dealer's network of VTN Company.

VTN Company took part in the 12th Kiev international motor show SIA'2004 that took place in May 25-30th, 2004.

The voltage regulators JA112A, JA112B, JA112V, JA120M in January, 2004 were phased out of production. In exchange for phased out items a more modern products family - JA112А1, JA112B1, JA112V1, JA120M1.

A serial production of the ignition controller 90.3734 was started for contactless ignition system with an inductive sensor (without an additional resistor). A serial number - 90.3734 was used to specify its applicability. At the same time, a design and circuit engineering solutions are original in the given device, having no analogs at present. For processing of a signal and steering of an output key element, a modern microcontroller was used. Additionally, for facilitation of engine start, the ignition controllers provide a multispark mode that allows the system work at low RPM.
