General information:
The ignition controller 131.3734-11 is purposed for operation in breakerless ignition systems of
automobiles GAZ, ZIL and others with magnetoelectric sensor that is with the ignition coil of type
B116 without an additional resistor or any other with analogous parameters.
By functionality, method of mounting, connection with the automobile electrical circuit the given
item does not differ from ignition controllers of type 131.3734, 90.3734, 94.3734.
The distinctive feature of the ignition controller 131.3734-11 is presence of function of
multispark start that significantly facilitates engine start especially in winter time or with
poor quality fuel. The construction and circuit design solutions in the given item are original
having no analogues in the present time. For signal processing and output switch control is used a
modern microcontroller.
In the ignition controller 131.3734-11 is used a modern high-speed IGBT transistor that allows to
guarantee reliability of the ignition system even at the most hard emergency modes. Due to quick
action of the switching transistor was reached significant increase of a spark energy that allowed
to receive high technical parameters and saving of the engine.
A long-term erroneous change of supply voltage polarity is permited, thus is guaranteed absence
of a current through the coil. In comparison with
traditional ignition controllers*
the engine operation is permited at the disconnected battery, thus non-failure operation of
the ignition controller is guaranteed.
The ignition controller 131.3734-11 has an elevated operating temperature range. Reliability and
correspondence to specifications is guaranteed at the temperature of the ignition controller
radiator up to 115 °С.
An operating mode of the ignition controller is S1 in accordance with GOST 3940.
The ignition controller is mounted on a stipulated for it place in the vehicle with the help of
standard fastenings and a standard plug thus it is necessary to ensure reliable contact between
the radiator of ignition controller and the vehicle housing.
The warranty period of exploitation is 3 years from the date of commissioning or from the date of
sale in retail commercial network. The warranty obligations of the manufacturer are valid during 4
years from the date of the item production.
