General information:
The voltage regulator JA212A11 is purposed for voltage maintenance of the onboard vehicle network
in predetermined limits in all system operation modes of electrical equipment at change of the
rotation frequence of the alternator rotor, electrical load and environment temperature.
Applicability: automobiles VAZ-2108, -09, -10 (with carburetor), VAZ-21213, “Oka” with the
alternator 37.3701 or its modifications.
As an output switch is used a modern powerful field-effect transistor owing to that the losses of
power given off in the form of heat have been sharply lowered, the load and current high-speed
characteristics of the item have been improved and the regulator reliability has been enlarged.
The regulator is produced in a single climatic design О2.1 in accordance with GOST 15150 for
internal market and for export. On extent of protection against penetration of foreign bodies and
water, the item meets design IP68 in accordance with GOST 14254. An operating mode of the
regulator is S1 in accordance with GOST 3940.
The regulators are mounted in the alternators, where the setting of regulators JA212A11 with the
help of standard screws is stipulated.
The warranty period of exploitation is 3 years from the date of commissioning or from the date of
sale in retail commercial network. The warranty obligations of the manufacturer are valid during 4
years from the date of the item production. The date of production is marked on the item housing.
