General information:
The ignition controller and voltage regulator unit 262.3734 is purposed for operation in ignition
and lighting systems of motorcycles, mopeds, motobicycles and other vehicles with two-cycle
single-cylinder engine together with the alternator 43.3701, 43А.3701 and high-voltage transformer
2102.3705 or similar ones.
The ignition controller and voltage regulator unit ensures:
- uninterrupted spark formation in the range of operating frequencies of the alternator rotor
rotation;
- voltage stabilization in the vehicle lighting circuit.
The unit is produced in a single climatic design 01.1 in accordance with GOST 15150 for internal
market and for export. It is completely hermetic.As for protection against penetration of foreign
bodies and water, the item meets design IP65 in accordance with GOST 14254. The ignition
controller and voltage regulator unit is designed under a single-wire power circuit. An operating
mode of the unit, in accordance with GOST 3940, is continuous nominal S1.
The ignition controller and voltage regulator unit 262.3734 is mounted with the help of standard
fastenings and standard plugs on a stipulated for it place in the vehicle, thus it is necessary to
ensure reliable contact between the ignition controller housing and the vehicle housing.
The warranty exploitation period is 3 years from the date of commissioning or from the date of
sale in retail commercial network. The warranty obligations of the manufacturer are valid during 4
years from the date of the item production. The date of production is marked on the item housing.
