General information:
The voltage regulator 9402.3702 8A is purposed for voltage maintenance of the onboard
vehicle network in predetermined limits in all system operation modes of electrical
equipment at change of the rotation frequency of the alternator rotor, electrical load and
environment temperature.
Applicability: automobiles VAZ-2108, -2109, -2110, -2111, -2112, -2121 and others with
alternators 94.3701, 9402.3701 and others.
The voltage regulator 9402.3702 8A can operate together with rectifier units either of
restrictive type or with standard power diodes.
The voltage regulators 9402.3702 8А is applied in alternators with field winding 8A.
The automobile voltage regulator 9402.3702 8A is the regulator of a new generation. Due
to usage of the modern powerful MOSFET transistor as an output switch, the highest
parameters of the current velocity characteristic are reached, the power losses are
sharply lowered and the item reliability as a whole enlarged.
The regulators are produced in a single climatic design О2.1 in accordance with GOST
15150 for internal market and for export. On protection degree against penetration of
foreign bodies and water, the item meets design IP68 in accordance with GOST 14254. An
operating mode of the regulators is S1 in accordance with GOST 3940.
The regulator is mounted directly on the alternator where the setting of regulators
57.3702, Я212А11Е in the brush unit, М14РН5А, ЩДР-К1216ЕН1 with the help of standard
screws is stipulated.
The warranty period of exploitation is 3 years from the date of commissioning or from the
date of sale in retail commercial network. The warranty obligations of the manufacturer
are valid during 4 years from the date of the item production. The date of production is
marked on the case of the items.
